3. Internal and external leakage of hydraulic cylinder.
4. Hydraulic oil pollution causes unstable action of the pressure reducing valve or failure of the pressure reducing valve itself. If the main spool of the pressure reducing valve is stuck due to stolen goods, the pressure behind the valve will be higher or lower than the set value; if the pilot poppet valve and the valve seat are not tightly closed, the pressure after the valve will be lower than the set value. value.
(3) Troubleshooting
1. When the pressure of the main oil circuit is lower than the minimum set pressure of the pressure reducing valve, a check valve should be added before the pressure reducing valve, and an accumulator should be added between the check valve and the pressure reducing valve.
2. Replace the seals at the leakage of the hydraulic cylinder.
3. Regularly check whether the hydraulic oil has deteriorated, and replace the deteriorated hydraulic oil in time.
